The Program Is Easy & Automated

All purchases made by someone who has clicked your unique link (acquire these inside your partner platform) and who makes a purchase with the two main cert courses within 30 days of using your link from the same browser (via cookies) will be automatically applied to your account as a partner transaction.

Get paid what we do, when we do

Your credits are released for use after your referral has stayed in the course past the 30-day refund deadline. (Refunds are an important way we’re raising customer service and expectations in our field). We apologize for the delay, but in our partner program you get paid what we do, when we do.

Choose between a cash payout of 50 percent commission on the sale, or double your payout to get a 100 percent commission on the sale by choosing the Brilliant Bucks option for use toward Academy course purchases.

To receive payout simply contact the Academy from inside the partner program and specify when you want to cash out or that you wish to use credits as Brilliant Bucks. Partner payout is available monthly.

  • Brilliant Birth Academy reserves the right to terminate the partner program at the institution’s discretion.
  • Claimed/disputed referrals not shown in our Kajabi partner program will be honored– the program is fully automated through a third party.
  • By joining as a partner you are giving tacit agreement to these terms and conditions of the partner program.
  • Brilliant Bucks Basics: this is your partner commission doubled into usable Academy Payments.
  • Brilliant bucks are non-transferrable and can be applied to the partner’s account only. 
  • Brilliant Bucks have no cash value outside Brilliant Birth Academy.
  • Brilliant Bucks do not expire and can be applied to all paid courses at Brilliant Birth Academy—certifying and non-certifying courses.
  • Courses purchased with Brilliant Bucks are non-refundable.
  • Brilliant Bucks cannot be combined with cash payment, any discount code, and cannot be used with payment plan options. The full one time amount of the course must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
  • By joining as a partner you are giving tacit agreement to these terms and conditions of the partner program.

If you have a platform such as a podcast, blog, Facebook group, or any social media following, you can share the academy with your personal tribe. Ideally, we’d love you to share our work with your people. If you don’t have a network to share with, please follow the Do and Don’t table rules about sharing in other people’s networks. If appropriate, you may share within Facebook groups that have a high level of interest in birth or birthwork. Don’t overlook groups that are birth professional specific—some birth pros are uncertified and/or would be open to additional certification training.

DO: DON’T:
Be upbeat, helpful, and kind. Don’t post the same message in multiple groups.
Respond promptly to private message requests. Don’t post in a group where there isn’t a strong connection to what you’re talking about.
Tailor any Facebook group posts to honor the group’s focus. If it’s not your group it might be more honoring to post in replies to comments rather than as discussion starters. Don’t feel the need to clarify that you are getting paid for their referral. Your interactions with people should be about serving their journey; (of course respond truthfully if asked).
Share your why! Say why you care and what birth work means to you. People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it. Don’t post if you see one or more person has already done so in the group you’re about to post in.
