As specialists in optimizing fetal engagement, we guide toward strategic maternal positioning to prevent prolonged early labor and mitigate preventable cervical and soft tissue disorders, including anterior cervical lip.
By aligning the maternal and fetal spines vertically, utilizing abdominal lift techniques, and adjusting pelvic positioning through various movements and positions, we guide our clients toward a gentler delivery.
Postpartum Care has its roots in the philosophy of women supporting other women during childbirth and early postpartum. A Postpartum Doula’s work revolves around you and your family’s needs and can include the following services:

Newborn Care: Hands-on support with newborn care tasks, including diaper changes, naps, and feeding, allowing you therapeutic rest after childbirth.
Meal Preparation: Enjoy dense nutritious meals tailored to your dietary preferences and needs, to nourish you during the postpartum period.
